@@dirtniron Thanks for the info. I wish we could somehow wipe the scourge of the Soviets out of our lives or, at least, our countries. Seems Ukrainian president very brave man; hope he comes thru this alive. My mother is Polish and between Germany and Russia, they've really raised hell with Poland as well. Hope your friends OK. I was active in boxing and met one of the Klitschko brothers and also Lomachenko. I know Klitschko has gone back in-country to fight Russians.

Dirt and "Iron"? I mean, yeah there's some iron in there among all the Aluminum, Magnesium, and various alloys made up of the two. Sure, a lotta internals like tranny shafts, gears, forks, shift drum/rotor and such are ferrous alloys... so yeah, there's some iron,... just questionable as to whether it's a sufficient amount to warrant a name/moniker. At any rate, it's obvious you've turned quite a few wrenches, and for more than a time or two,... you're sharp bro. You're good!

Any tips on what it could be when your two stroke seizes while riding then the kickstart completely locks up? Ive took the head and cylinder off, piston and cylinder seem fine no seizure in the head but i have no idea where to look next😢

Really enjoy your vids....new sub!!! Question....I have a new 2023 KTM SX-F 350 and the manual calls for 10W-50 and I don't see that Rotella sells it. Can I use a different weight oil other than 10W-50?

Thanks man. We use that oil on latest models with no problems at all. If its my bike i would run rotella in it and save money for gas and tires. Its up to you tho. Take care

@@dirtniron So, what weights are acceptable to run in the new SX-F 350? I can run 10W-40 or 10W-50 or 15W-50 or 20W-50? I get confused regarding the weights. I just know the KTM manual says 10W-50. I assume it has to be synthetic, correct? I greatly appreciate all the help!!!

I just picked up a shiny new '23 YZ125X and plan to install a Rekluse TorqDrive clutch pack asap. I understand replacing a worn clutch basket but is there any performance advantage to an aftermarket basket over a stock one at this point? Was there any particular reason for your choice of a Wiseco basket over the Rekluse? Inquiring minds need to know.

hi, I would get full rekluse setup but they dont make basket for my old 2001 YZ125. The clutch pack is really good, more durable and stronger than stock, plus it comes with those metal sleeves so it actually protects your stock basket and it lasts much longer. My old basket was notched out badly. Wiseco was one of few companies who made tough billet basket for my bike, plus they have great quality stuff so I got their basket. I think you are fine with stock basket and rekluse torqDrive clutch pack, unless you are going to really abuse that clutch so maybe better upgrade to billet one. Rekluse has super durable clutch for "abusers" that comes with everything, checkout this video for good info about their stuff kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y2SkZYavYtafr8U
