Great job Rado! The RMZ engine looks really good with low wear for 120+ hours.... That diesel engine oil you use seems to do a excellent job! regardless these guys did a great job on your motor! should pull very strong!!

Are there no torque specifications for most of these bolts? Awesome video. I've got an opportunity at a really cheap '07 RMZ450 with a seized motor. I've never rebuilt a 4 stroke, but I'm motivated to try.

i used external Rode shotgun (micro) but it might not be all the way in.. I noticed late.. so I am not really sure if it was built in camera mic or my external. I am using same STM lense as with t5i, it is sharper now and autofocus works much better too.

well since so many people are asking about the cylinder hone we did the hone is called a Brush Hone It's perfect for deburring and deglazing engine cylinder walls its made just for Nikasil cylinders ....

Hey Brad quick question, whats your opinion on the idea thst this type of hone ruins the thin niksil coating? About to put my first top end on my 19 250 xc with 100 hours, cross hatching should be fine, would you recommend honing anyway to ensure proper ring seating?

@@davidjo997 ya if you have hone thats made for nikasil if not you can use green scotch bright pad and contact cleaner ..you want to get the carbon build up and deglazing the cylinder that will for sure help with new ring seating

it was still in decent shape, it would run longer for sure. Clutch was in worst shape but the top and bottom could do more. But since I am doing this build on the channel, it was a good time to go thru everything
