Good ol' "Hell Tour" Rules.......Wreck whom the Hell ever you want to wreck and whilst whom the hell ever was wrecked, is Touring the Pits, in a Tour Tow Truck, you maintain your position, on the Track. Hell of a deal, for somebody, i reckon. Besides; every Race Fan loves Rules which encourage unsafe Racing practices. (The last bit is an early "April Fool's", for whom the hell ever it may concern.)
