I’ve done this workout, and several of your other ones, countless times, and it’s still so fun - I just wanted to thank you for never mentioning size/weight. I’ve been basically shielding during the pandemic because I have asthma and I’ve been desperately looking for ways to stay active in the house. So many cardio videos, even the ones labelled as easy and all levels friendly, constantly talk about “smashing flab” and “fighting the pounds” and calories etc and I immediately feel embarrassed, excluded and in a dangerous place in my head because, as a plus size person who had struggled with bad thoughts around her weight, I’ve learnt that exercise absolutely should not be about losing weight, it should be about moving your body and feeling healthy, no matter the weight. So thank you - yours are the only workout videos on KZbin that I’ve found that are inclusive to all, widely accessible and genuinely fun

I am so sorry I am not seeing this comment till now! Thank you for kind and honest words. Unfortunately, there are so many "fitness ads" out there telling us we need to be better and they have the quick fix. The mental effect that has on us is A LOT to say the least. We are amazing the way we are TODAY and we will continue to take care of our body and minds. I always say "what can you do today to take care of your body and mind?" Any step forward is worth celebrating for anyone. Sending lots of dance love your way!

Seriously, musicals mixed with cardio, it's like you've made all my dreams come true already. Then you go and do Dirty Dancing, and it only gets better! How about something from "Anything Goes" or "Newsies"?

These are the best! Regular dance cardio doesn’t get me because the movements always feel so stiff and unrealistic- I love that this feels like I’m really doing legit choreography and rehearsing for a show (makes me miss been a college theatre major lol!) this is getting me working out and excited about it for the first time in a very long time- thanks!

Could you please do a routine to the chorus of "Never shut up again" from the UK version of Heathers the musical. The chorus has such a bop to it that I can't help wiggling to it when I listen to it. Thanks so much for doing these. I've recently been watching these and learning the routines as I have a musical theatre audition for a Masters degree course in a couple of months and I'm trying to get used to beginners Jazz dance and picking up routines quickly. I'm really nervous about it as I'm a bigger girl, but these videos are slowly helping me learn to be comfortable and shake my booty haha. Thank you!!!
