@@jaymortensen642 I'm 57 now, way back in the 80's when I was just 21 I had a Honda 750-4 that was radically raked and chopped, painted black. You were almost laying on your back riding that bike. I thought I was the coolest guy on earth on that thing and took great delight in smoking Harleys on it. Never lost a race to one, and was almost hated for it lol. There was a lot of hate and distain for Japanese bikes from Harley riders then, way worse than today. If you showed up at a Harley party on a rice bike, you stood a good chance of your bike getting thrown on the bonfire. Seen it happen. I eventually got a Harley, and love her, but those old Hondas and Kawasaki's were the fastest thing on the road back in the early 80's.

Me too..........hung out with a group of them around 1973. They had a shack, as did I. Right off of Glendale Ave. Had a Harley Super Glide with California plates and San Francisco plate holder. They liked that, Phoenix cops didnt like that. I was in USAF out at Luke AFB. I was a little too square for them. They gave me a business card that on the back said FUCK A DOZEN !!!!
