I'll try to break it down in order and list the references for the people who might not get it or seen the show. "No Hope with Dope" poster from the Johnny Dakota episode and "Save the Max" poster from when the gang had to raise $10k to save it. Rod sucks written on the lockers is referring to Mr. Belding's younger cool hip brother Rod Belding. He uses Zack Morris's phone. "The Big Bopper" is referring to Mr. Belding's radio nickname. The crutches scene is from when Lisa and Screech win the dance contest with Lisa's move "The Sprain". The Hey, Hey, Hey What is going on here was Mr. Belding's catch phrase. It was written on the TV how "Saved By the Bell" was written from their opening credits. The caffeine pills was referencing when Jessie Spano overdosed on them from the "I'm so excited" episode. The Tiger head is from Mr. Belding's school's mascot, Bayside Tigers. Shoot Your Dreams is referring to the episode when Zack hurt his knee. the original quote was "shoot your hopes and dreams!" By the time I realized it was the ball, the game was over!" - Slater. The Elvis staute is from when the gang broke Screech's mom's favorite statue at a sleepover. Also the flexing of Mr. Belding in the locker room was referencing "Mirror mirror on the wall who is the buffest principal of all episode."
