Well, this is terrifying. Even the shots that aren't supposed to be scary, like the FBI meeting at 0:19 just have this haunting atmosphere that reeks of hopelessness and fear. Plus, the sound design in these teasers are fantastic, and I love how what I assume is Nicholas Cage doing a raspy voice seems to be a running element of these videos. Really looking forward to this, probably my most anticipated horror film since "Nope".

I know it’s typically a nice but unrealistic compliment when someone says an actor should get an Oscar nomination. But I’d be slapped stupid if Cage doesn’t get anything from being in this movie. There were only five actors I could think of where their performance was so terrifyingly good they got the statue or at least a nomination: Anthony Hopkins (Silence of the Lambs), Heath Ledger (The Dark Knight), Kathy Bates (Misery), Ralph Fiennes (Schindler’s List), and Ben Kingsley (Sexy Beast).

Cause Se7en may be the best, deliciously dark crime thriller This looks like an absolute successor or just a LOT of influence-but even more twisted & more twisted than Se7en???
