Dirty Pentatonic Scales

Kelvin Panesar Scott moved the pentatonic scale up one full steps.. he used the minor box pattern 1 (If I remember correctly) in A minor, A is technically the 6th, (it's counted as the 1 because D# is the B5, not the B3) moving this up to Bminor, The B is the major 7th of C. That makes the B Locrian. which is actually diatonically speaking a Bm7b5. He did this process one more time, moving everything up to the 9th C#.. So B if we count B as 1, not 7. I prefer removing the 4 and 5 from the pentatonic minor box one. Leaving me with this:. B D F A. (1-b3-b5-b7). Close to a fully diminished,. just flatten the A a half steps once more. that raises the 5th of C,. G to G#. The G# is now augmented. meaning it's no longer diatonic. with a G# the C major scale we have: C D E F G# A B.. and this is where thing get foggy. Can anyone tell me the name of this scale please. Is it altered or a mode of melodic or harmonic minor?

Kelvin Panesar if the A was major. moving the minor box pentatonic up 2 frets would be B Dorian technically. alot of possibilities
