Really nice video i have installed the same set of slip ons m kinda happy with the sound and there is a bit drop in mileage but happy with the sound it also added a bit power i can feel it

Just ordered V&H straightshot slip on's for my girlfriends 2007 sportster 1200R. Thank you for your video. Did you use tuner and or stage 1 air cleaner with install???

No, you don't really need a tuner if you're just installing slip ons. If you add a stage 1 air cleaner though you'll need one.

would i need a fuel pak or anything extra if i just install V&H slip ons, on my 2017 iron 883???

If you're just installing slip ons then generally no you won't need a ECM Tuner/FuelPak. You might notice a little drop in gas mileage but nothing major maybe 5-10 miles less a tank. If you replace the entire exhaust system then yes you'll need a tuner.

Tony Ryder not really however adding a FP3 will definitely makes a difference again its not mandatory i have installed only the same set of slip ons without FP3 and it's just fine however it pops some time
