That was our first port of call when young, it was the newest pub on the block, and near the 1st stop on ar side o tarn. Then, onto Wellington St, until you wo crawling by the end of that street at Chennells...and try and mek it to No 7 for last orders, unless you wo daft enuff to gu in Stables, which was orate for hosses, but not humans!!!

I was a regular in the gyngleboy 75/76 joined army in 77 didnt come home for about 5yrs...when i did get home tarn had changed ... live in Blackpool now but still make my way over every couple months as family are still there.
