Thank you so much for the history of the carpet. I'm fascinated by Eastern carpets. Persian, Indian, Chinese, all the -stans, I love them. :) They make me happy. I'd love to own one some day, or at least a cheap imitation like Pottery Barn. Not that they're "cheap," more expensive than I can afford right now. Or probably ever.

Beautiful carpet cleaning! Next time I think you should put it in the dust shaking machine and show us how much dust comes out then vacuum it and then wash it, maybe it will be less sand coming out and easier to clean!

As I watched your video, it reminded me that I have Kashan carpet / rug I bought from my Persian friend 35 years ago. It's like 2x3 meters size and couldn't find enough space to spread. Also, I have Sarooq 1x1.5 meter size. I whipped it out and spread in my living room. And…, don't remember the name, but I have another Persian carpet about 1.5 x 2 meters size. I placed it by the entry way. Thank you for reminding me of these comfortable asset. They feel very nice!

What a mess that carpet was in! As thorough as the gentleman was, I suspect that if they had run it back up to the washing station after taking it out of the extractor there would still have been some dirty water coming out the second time ‘round. You worked a miracle with that rug, folks!
