I love to see a rug cleaned and restored. It's doing its duty by capturing the dirt and keeping it from spreading around the house and adding beauty and character to a home. Cleaning it is loving it and thanking it. In today's disposable society, it's wonderful that an owner recognizes that regular cleaning extends the rug's life to provide many more years of enjoyment and usefulness. That is so satisfying to me.

Jakub, I had to pause the video immediately to ask this question - do you keep a list of each dirty rug you have shown to us, so if there are repeats, you would let us know? I’m curious if you have shown a repeat, and how long they waited for the next washing, and then how dirty it got by then.
