illaoi be like passive (of course) and e strong rest of the kit usless she is so boring to play/play against and the champion desing is awful i would rly love when they would turn down the e a bit and look to improve for the rest of the kit

Are u joking ? Her e is the most necessary thing in fight since her dumb passive doesnt let her spawn tanticles intentionally and yea it was hella nerfed in damage btw all its good for is spawning more passive when killing it

You can still get a Penta even without E. Just damage them in anyway possible then when Illaoi ULTS her passive will instantly cast a extra Tentacle near the enemies if they are in her Ults zone. If 5 enemies are in her ULT 5 tentacles are gonna be summoned. the E can only add 1 tentacle for her ULT If you're already standing near 3 Tentacles from her passive and you 1 v 5. You can have a max of 8 tentacles when you Ult. Combo without E A.W.R.Q(cancel animation)W You can possibly slap someone 3 times with your Tentacles. Broken Bones teach better lessons.
