I’m going to have to disagree that the playoff system is good. I prefer my champion to be the best driver and team all season long and if they clinch the championship a few weeks before the finale so be it. The playoffs were exposed enough in 2020 with what happened to Kevin Harvick. Also if you think this playoff format is good for the sport go look at the ratings. They consistently rank every year. The biggest flaw with this current format is win and your in. And we hinge the championship on 1 race and throw everything that happened up to that point away.

The points system is pretty simple. Also, I feel for fans at the races who have to sit in direct sunlight for the duration. I'm lucky in the sense that my seats at Indianapolis are in the shade. But I see people that have sat out in the sun all day and they look like lobsters by the time they're headed to the parking lot after the race.

Ive been saying that a Carson Hocevar to JRM deal HAS to be done in 2024. Berrys gone. and Brandon Jones has been so bad at every race track this season... he's better off back at JGR. F*** Menards! Sam Mayer finally won the one road course that The Dinger hasn't dominated at. And without hendrick, KB, Gibbs.... Algaier paced the field until the final restart and should have won. This kid will do better then Jones and Mayer wherever he goes in the future.. a future Cup ride. especially in JRM equipment

Yeah but the regular season points system and the playoff points system are two different things ..... For instance in the stages 1-10 get regular season points but only the stage winner gets a playoff point ..... The only other way to get playoff points in the regular season is winning a race ..... Best you can do per race is 2 stage points and 5 more for a win for a total of 7 playoff points
