It's a sample, nothing wrong with using that.

only the intro is similar, from a reused sample (which RIOT didnt make anyway). The flow is different, the sound design is really different, all the other vocal samples are different, the structure is different. even the one vocal sample that is reused is used in a different way. this isn't plagiarism, thats just simply not what that word means.
