If rain is a possibility I bring a small umbrella. $5 at Wal Mart. Much nicer than marinating in a poncho. Also ibuprophen, disinfectant wipes. Lots of good stuff is at the dollar store. The panel laughed, but I often carry a pocket monocular to check out stuff in the distance. I don't need it in the parks, but I carry a battery backup to charge my tablet during flights.

i recommend vick's vapor rub. i use it on my feet in the morning and then put socks and sneakers on. it doesn't feel particularly nice because its greasy and does have a warming effect on your feet BUT since 2008 when i started using it my feet do not ache at the end of the day.

If you are going to get essential oils to take with you, I recommend peppermint oil. It helps with nausea and headaches. I get motion sickness and keep a roll on peppermint oil in my car all the time.

I went to the park with a friend that brought a swiss army knife and he had to lock it in a locker outside the park. it was free to store, but he wasn't allowed to bring it inside the parks. (magic kingdom)

+Taylor Ward It was a keychain, so he didn't think about it while going into the park. But that comment was made to show that free lockers are available right outside the parks for anything not allowed.

Is there a reason for Disney not having Charging stations scattered throughout the parks? It seems to me that would be beneficial. Might also try asking for local plug in's. Not everyone can get those items Dustin has said and certain Phones don't work with those and can only charge with an outlet. One thing I bring.. is Handy wipes or diaper wipes. even if you don't have kids bring those.. you never know when your going to need something to clean you up. I also like bringing little personal fan's that can tuck away in my purse for our summer months here in Florida.

What is it with people and Charmin? I hate those types of toilet paper because it feels like you'll clog the toilet if you use more than 4 sheets at once. Scott all the way!

You aren't kidding about the TP in Disney World, its horrible. However deluxe resorts are usually better and if in the parks look for center piece attractions, for example the TP used in Epcot at the American Pavilion is of decent quality ;)
