Very helpful, thank you both, my p.i.p assessment is over the phone tomorrow in the morning,just took my 4x amitriptyline can't sleep, very anxious, naproxen & dihydrocodeine for my back & knees , sertraline for depression ,bloated sleepless anxious and irritated turning cpap machine on,need to sleep,its hell going any government assessment , very dehumanising STICK WITH IT! YOUR WORTH IT! GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE WHO GOES THROUGH THIS MAZE OF PURPOSEFUL CONFUSION 😵‍💫

The face to face assessment is like a execution. They scrutinise you the minute you walk in the building.

You have said at 17.00 that you can type sheets and attach them. You still need to complete details on the written form. I can't write due to my disability and insisted on an electronic form which the DWP must provide under the Equality Act. Once my MP was involved they sent a link to an electronic version of the form which you fill in and save as you go along. You can upload supporting information. DWP don't mention this in any literature.

The d w p say that l don't need p I p even though in 2012 when someone shone a lazer torch into my right eye and l suffered a detached retina!!! They gave me 0 0 0 saying that in my daily living , such as travel and planning my journeys that l didn't need ANY help or assistance. So l don't understand why l have to take a taxi and having to getting the driver to have to assist me at the beginning and end of my journey. Also not being able to see l can't prepare and cook a meal unaided. Even though in trying to chop or peel vegetables l cut myself. The d w p tell me l need absolutely NO help or assistance assistance. The fact is that l am blind in my right eye and struggle to see and cope every day

Hi my name is Jeffery from Blackpool in 1999 I was crushed at work after 3 month leaving hospital I was left paralysed and thro ditermenashon and hard work I didn't givup went to work in a wheel cher avenchely got back working I live in a tent in the back of a van and I'm struggling I never claimed eney benefits in 1999 but my life took a bad tern about 4 year's ago so I needed help but wen I needed it it wosent given I livd in a flat with now gas electric water and now help the sistem is broken

Thank you for Video, very informative. I heard that assessor receives £300 for every failed pip application - hence so many people receive refusal as assessors are motivated to get their hands on that £300 bonus.

It was shown on Channel 4 news with an undercover recording of assessor doing this and laughing about it. Assessor told lies at my assessment, won at appeal.

I have had a form to fill in and I have wrote 2 words wrong and crossed it off with permanent marker , will that be okay to send the form in or be a problem with me crossing it out with the permanent marker , could you let me know please if you dont mind

Capita never rang my partner yesterday as planned for her review telephone assessment. She was so worked up beforehand and I am self employed and took the day off work for nothing and lost a day's pay. I rang Capita around 40 minutes after her appointment time, and they said they had rang her 3 times, but she never answered. Absolutely nonsense. It's our word against theirs. I read a similar thing on another video. I've heard apparently you can ask them for evidence to prove that they called you because their system is supposed to log in on every call. And the rule is they are supposed to call you 3 times.

Great video, about to apply for second time, had horrible time first go, really put me off but I seem to be gathering conditions now so it should be easy… not that I have faith. I did want to strangle the heavy breather until I found out it was a pup 😂😂 Thanks for your time and experience.
