I can only confirm that all the points you mentioned are correct and more or less my impressions and experiences too. I would not say an advantage or a disadvantage, the views depend on the region of the world from which people originally come. A guy from Tokyo will see it differently and someone from Sweden will have other opinions too. But you explained the situations appropriately.

About the last point that everything is expensive: Maybe true, but at least the people get paid better. And food isn't that expensive. I was surprised how expensive it is in Italy. And if you really want to: you can shop pretty cheap. About digitalisation: as long as you carry around about 20-50€, youre pretty safe. In my experience you can pay in 90% with card. About the weird rules: As long as you pay attention to basic rules and don't disturb your neighbours very hard, your also pretty safe. At least in my experience :)

Don't be frustrated if you don't understand some German dialects. I'm German and even I don't understand southern German dialects like Swabian or Bavarian. I've been in meetings with people from these regions and needed someone to translate for me. 😀 Housing prices in the Cities Alina mentioned (Munich, Cologne, Hamburg, Stuttgart etc.) are ridiculously high and I wouldn't want to live in any of these cities just because of that. Hamburg is really great but I would pay more than double of rent there.

Thanks for your comment :) Although I studied in Bavaria and live in Baden-Württemberg now, Swabian or Bavarian dialects are still very hard for me to understand 😄🙈

Well i am living in germany for like 33 years and i never wait long for a normal appointment to a doctor. You shouldnt take big citys as comparison. there arent that much big citys in germany.

Either you live in a countryside or you had no issues to consult a cardiologist. It's common in Germany to wait for 30 to 90 days to consult a specialist.

@@birhanjommy She said doctor appointments in general, she didn't talk about specialists in specific. And many general doctors have "offene Sprechstunden". You can show up anytime on these. Waiting for an Appointment to consult a specialist can take even more time haha xD

It depends on the type of doctor the area you live in and your health insurance. For a family doctor you usually get an appointment within 2 days or even the same day if you need a prescription or a sick note. An appointment at a specialist can require many months of waiting. If you have a private health insurance, however, you'll probably get an appointment within a week or sooner - even with a specialist.
