Theirs also a way to know if your agent is cheating or not like just explore and talk to more agents and get to know their fee structure and compare the fee structure. The person who is charging less is best for you.

Other options in Russia is waste of money and time. You should look for Ausbildung in nursing in Germany. Pharmacy in Russia is waste of time n money as you wont get enough salary here.

It's possible, some colleges take admission without NEET. But there is other exam which require to be eligible. You have to qualify TOEFL, IELTS etc.
