It is great to raise bilingual or multilingual children! That's awesome! Keep speaking to your girls in Spanish, have them watch Spanish cartoons and listen to music in Spanish. They will catch on! Young children have a natural capability to learn different languages. It's much harder as an adult. Our brain is wired to learn language when we are children, but that changes the older we get. Sorry I'm a teacher and I just get really excited about learning 😂

Not to scare you but I remember seeing a video on tiktok of a lady warning people of the dangers of orby‘s to babies if they eat them. I would either just take them out so baby Leo doesn’t eat them, they are toxic.

With my first I also spoke only English so he struggles now with Spanish. With our toddler we started teaching him Spanish first and he picked up English on his own by watching tv and listening to our conversations.

you don't have to take protein powder for your needs. it's not regulated. you're better off getting your protein from real food. also shouldn't feed protein powder to kids.
