Hi Folks. You weren't greeted or told the serving system, nor were you seated. They got one dish wrong and you didn't get any service. The food was ok but meat chewy and Colin's rice was naff. We liked the voiceover and enjoyed your honest review. Thank you. 🤓🐶🧔

Hi Johnny, it was a bit disappointing in there .. 😢 especially after us loving Maggie Fu’s in town Glad you enjoyed the voiceover .. pleased that Colin could make some sense of it after the disaster with mic receiver …😱 ❤️🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻

I'm gonna ask a question that's probably been asked or it's the question we'd all like to ask...who cuts Colin's hair and is the style a throwback to that mid-1980's Indie scene?

Hahaha 🤣… Colin’s always had a 1950’s rock n roll /rockabilly style haircut .. During the pandemic, when no barbers were open I shaved it off for him 😂 since then , the barber he went to and trusted since he was a teen ..has now gone into semi- retirement.. so , it’s a joint effort me & Colin shave and cut his hair !! It’s a one off , and we love it ❤️❤️

Hate it when you have to pre pay in restaurants. A pre tip is also a no-no in my book as you don't know wat the service is going to be like. You should both try ( if you haven't already) Yum Cha, by mine in Lark Lane. They pay these kids pennies so they aren't bothered about service. In all honesty I'd of walked out if no one could be arsed coming up and showing you a seat.

Hi , I know yes - definitely a no no You’re right about these people not having any customer service skills - In hindsight we should’ve walked out 😢 Oh no we haven’t been there - I’ve made a note of it in my book - thank you 🙏🏻❤️👍🏻

I don’t really know what to say about Maggie pu but it was busy so they most probably think they don’t need courtesy but they do they were very unorganised and I would not want to go there

Food looks OK , or was that just down to your cinematography. Shame about the service letdown , never been a fan of these noodle / rice places . Food all sounds a. It too processed .

Your microphones weren't the only thing that wasn't working it seems. The food was very much below par. A tip for service? Are they having a laugh? It sounds like they need a complete overhaul of how they do things there. Not a good experience for you which is a pity.

Hi Robbie & Jane , you’re right … the whole night was a disappointment !! 😢 We did expect a better experience after how much we loved the Maggie Fu in town ..but this one wasn’t great at all !! And then we find the sound isn’t there either 😱😢 … Thankfully Colin’s voiceover saved the video ❤️❤️
