1. its a bundt cake. that's why theres a hole in the middle, thats how its supposed to be 2. the cake was probably a few days old, which is why it was dry and on sale 3. the ganache either was poured in before baking and soaked into the cake as it baked (ganach is very liquidy when warm) or soaked into the cake as it sat, as most fillings would. you got what you paid for and physics happened.

Its probably mixed into the cake batter, and cooked in the cake to make it richer. Just eat with icecream. $3 isnt bad.

Put a scope or two of ice cream, Redi whip or cool whip, and some chocolate chip. I bet that would make it better. 😋

Wow just bc she's poor doesn't mean she can't be grudge a bad product. If anything spending money when it's tight mean those purchases need to be that much more worthwhile. Is it a huge deal? No but if the cake is mislabeled that's still misleading
