Boss same pinter. Diko nagamit ng 3 years. Nung pag open ko umilaw ng warning light (orange) no error code tapos namatay na ung light. And ngaun hindi na nag oon. Ano problem nun sir?

Any methods on how to clean the pickup rollers for this kind of printer?

Double sided tape po. Dikit mo sa dulo ng paper. Then lagay mo sa ilalim po. Make sure na natatamaan yung pickup rollers. Purpose nito is dumikit yung alikabok on the rollers. Yung alikabok is what's causing the rollers na hindi i-pickup yung paper when printing. Labas pasok mo yung paper. Then that's it. That's how I cleaned mine after not using it for about a year.
