Depending on the type and/or quality of the fabric, most colors will fade, black would attract the sun, yet - white does match everything, and would be cooler to wear because white deflects the sun. I'm sure "that" fabric was not available in multitudes of colors.

Could you do the cover up in grey too? Sunscreen is really hard on a white cover up. Ive had yellow marks turn up on my white ones where ever it came in contact with sunscreen

Yes! Recovery is so hard! My recovery after my epidural was way worse than when I had a (unplanned) natural birth. I think it's because I could push more effectively because I could feeeeel it all. I love that you speak out about the roughness of recovery, because it is so raw and emotional and something a lot of first time moms may not think about. I know I didn't!

Earth mama post partum balm was amazing for me! I had tearing but not a lot of discomfort. I see you got the spray Ellie, didn't try that, but all the products of theirs I have used have been awesome, so reasonably priced, all natural and organic! I always recommend it to any new mums-to-be.

Totally agree Ellie! My youngest is 4 months old and my oldest is 6. With my youngest I was SO nervous because I knew how difficult it is after coming home and being so sore (I’ve had csections) and just the anticipation of the pain to come was the worst! Can’t wait until you have your baby boy 💗

Prepping for post birth is scary! Birth itself is one thing... but those post partum contractions the first few days 😫 ugh it just takes so long to feel normal even if everything “looks” normal. I definitely feel you Ellie!

Definitely Ellie I felt the exact same before having my 3rd baby. I think because baby 1 you have no idea what to expect, baby 2 you are still so excited to do it again then baby 3 the fear comes cause you know very well what is going to happen hahah and although babies are the best thing ever, no one wants to go through pain. ...just guessing, but if the Baby Nursery wall is the same wall in Living Room where the little ones were running and sliding across the floor, it could of happened by the boys hitting the wall with only slight jarring, or worse - when Ellie & Jared were in NY, and Bonnie's older kids were rough-housing and sliding across the floor, (because their own house doesn't have that much indoor space to do that chosen activity) and then after repetitive times of doing that same thing; caused the shelf to fall.
