Nice demo! Question, from the app topology view will there be support to allow failover from the actions menu? Instead of dropping into the yaml like you did in the demo?

In most recent version (ODF v4.12) the Failover and Relocate (failback) can be done in the ACM console Application selection.

Will this work if one cluster is on premise/VMware sphere and the other one is on Azure/AWS?

Yes, this solution should work as long as the OpenShift private cluster networks can be connected using Submariner. When OpenShift is installed make sure the cluster and service networks (private networks) have non-overlapping CIDRs.
