You can change how many days there are per month in the settings so once you get more fields in bigger fields and it takes longer to harvest, especially if you’re doing vegetable harvesting, and you can add more days to the month, especially when you start adding stuff that makes pallets That way you’re not having to keep up with that so much. I like to play on 3 days a month at 15x and not change the time so it’s still a bit of a challenge. As I do more things I’ll just add more days instead of messing with the time speed. That’s just me tho lol we all play our own way

OK, but why would it use meters cubed in one listing, and liters in another? Some of us don't math good & are easily confused 😂

@@gretchen8100 Because of unit scale. You don't want to be used liters anymore when the numbers go beyond four digits. Similarly, you don't want to use cubed meters when the numbers go small. But the cut-off point is essentially arbitrary based on subjective convenience. But none of that matters because the conversion is so easy, quite unlike with those third world measurement units.

@@gretchen8100 For the same reason you would use miles for distance to the next town, feet for the length of a truck, or inches for the width of a wooden beam in Freedom Units. Although i agree it's rather arbitrary in this particular case as both measurements are similar in size. But unlike with Freedom Units, the beauty of the metric system is that the math is extremely easy as 1 cubic meter = 1000 liter, so the volume of the trailer Drae bought is 12.1 cubic meters or 12100 liters.

He was a plant designer for Lykes, and would walk around getting lost in thought in the parking lot. One of the truckers found out that he could sneak up on him with his truck, get close and then blow his horn and startle the hell out of Pop. :D

Drae here is a tip for water for the tankers. You can go to a lake or some sort of water source to get water for free. Another way of getting water is by placing down a small rice Farm but you don't use it for rice you use it for flooding and then you can fill up your water tank it is significantly better then the way you're using it.

I think they got to have a "tractor crossing" sign near your farm, like some of the farms around here have to warn of unexpected roadway entries by tractors and/or having to share the road with tractors and other farm equipment.

You absolutely should get the power washer as excessive dirt contributes to increased tool degradation! Youll start to see paint chipping too! And terraforming can be expensive in bulk but its a small increment as you keep the button pressed and is quite affordable! Terraforming is your friend in this game, level and smooth are invaluable! Loving the series as always, best one yet, keep it up! Look into production chains, value increases massively by processing yields! Keep it up! These are my fave right now! Also get a plow, you can create fields, and youll need it in tandem with terraforming as fields can delete with land changes and the only way to create a field is a plow!

A TIP HERE -- check if the trailer trailer has an autoloading feature , siting inside the truck you can activate autoloading . IT will save a lot of time

Drae, love the vids. the contracts do tell you how much time you have left, on the left, beside where your payout is, its in smaller text, easy to miss, on your video it said you had 13.24 hours left to do the job (22:26) they really should have that displayed more clearly

Quick tip. That map does not have a cement factory so you will have to buy all cement bags and bricks to build the temple and its very expensive, unless you build cement factory 300k and get stones from field cleaning jobs. Also don't go for big rice field. 8 real hour for planting and harvesting is not fun. Go for long rice.

Drae you should get the 3 in 1 cultivator. It cultivates, seeds, and does the first fertilized stage. Saves me so much time. Love the videos though!

You can in fact load up an old save, the instructions are very similar to that of Fs22, but it absolutely can be done. Source: i did it myself already, to recover a corrupt save file. After the game crashes and the file disappeared.

Contracts are very lucrative. Cultivating, Mowing and some harvesting are good. I'd always borrow the equipment. its only a few hundred bucks and you'll get the job done faster allowing you to complete more contract per month. Also if there's jobs to plant grass do them because it will open up more mowing jobs which are fast and make good money. Also if you want, you can purchase ready-to-harvest fields, buy/lease needed equipment and then sell the field back for full price.

You can buy a seeder or a planter that instantly cultivates as you seed just check the description of seeders/planters The disc harrows are the exact same as cultivators you can compare the size to price ratio Harvested crops cannot spoil they can only wither if theyre not harvested in time The worker does the "pyramids" because the fields are not straight and they start working on the inside, u can change that by holding h and swithing to "start with: headlands" Also 1m^3 is 1000 litres

Turn off "helper refill buy" in the settings if you havent already. If its on, the helper will spend extra money to keep buying more seeds, fertiliser, lime as it is working. Or, buy a small amount and leave it on so the worker knows what it is supposed to do and buy as it is working

So it wont help now but: documents> my games> farming simulator 25> savegameBackup> savegamex (x being the save slot) you can copy all those files back into the main folder's savegamex folder (x being the main save slot) and it should revert everything to your last save state.

The farming sim folder inside your Docs folder has a backups directory, you can copy the last backup to your savegameX folder. I believe everytime you save your game a backup of your previous version is archived. You just overwrite your current save. (Maybe manually backup first if you are a noob)

You just need a plow you don’t need to terraform you might need to smooth out the land in between at most, but you have to have a plow and then click a lot to create fields and you definitely need to get some mods my man

You should set the days to 4 days a month. I find that helps stretch out what I need to do a month with out taking forever to get through the year

That big field by the store in my save was potatoes when I bought it and it took me 14 real hours to harvest and empty the field. Couldn’t use worker cause he was dumb and storage on best harvester was filling every 1.5 passes. 10/10 do not recommend potatoes in that field

@ 100% I was playing fs22 on console coz sometimes PC gets to overwhelming with the amount of mods available lol and was playing for 3 days over Christmas then got fs25 and huge difference in the workers you don’t even need to line them up perfectly to start the field
