In many cases insurance just goes bankrupt instead of paying out. Look at, the people of North Carolina who had no flood insurance, they are living in campers and tents. And the people of Lāhainā, 18 mos ago and no homes. Special interest’s don’t want these areas rebuilt as single family homes
