I have one and love it. 58 years old and it doesn't take long for me to get stiff and jerky if I can't play regularly...also it is even better in the cooler months to get a warm stretch going and prevent tears and soreness

You can also go through every release angle at low resistance...both sidearm and backhand

Awesome video. I really hope you continue making videos like this with the Pro Pull Trainer. I recently purchased one and I like your drills because of your physical therapist background. This way I know that I am getting the correct information. I'm 37 year old which may not be "old-old" but I find I tweak muscles easily when I exercise or throw discs without proper form or warm-up. One area that really bothers me is golfers elbow when throwing forehand. I am sure as my form improves I will tweak this area of my arm less and less. Do you have any exercises, stretches, or recommendations to PREVENT golfers elbow? Thank you in advance!
