Disc Golf Putting Deep Dive : How To Putt!

In this video i will go over how i putt and what has helped me get a more consistent putt. Years ago when i started playing disc golf i modeled my putt after the best player at the time, Ken Climo. Timing will help too. Try to focus on timing your push with the last bit of extention in your arm. So the weight transfer pushes your arm then arm pushes finger tips

Thanks for the tip. The game I like to play is to empty my discs. Start with 5 or 10 and every time I miss I add a disc. One my discs are all in the basket I move back.

That sounds like a fun game too. I do somthing like that indoors putting from 25ft. I try to stack my putts in the basket. So I hit the same exact spot on the basket

Your upper arm placement on the side of your torso looks to give nice straight line. Would be great to see more putting videos from you, this is great!

Let me know how it goes 🤘 it's tough to learn this style but it's very accurate and reliable from 40ft and in. Longer putts have a little more spin and different form

I’m more of a spin putter, I’m definitely going to try the flick tho! I’m the weird guy who likes putting practice tho, I’ll sit around and throw putts for 2-3 hours straight. I love working on parking my shots under the basket from 100 feet and in, so I practice long jump putts a lot. Thanks for the tips and another great video!

Spin putting definitely helps when it's Windy for sure. My style of putt I can dial up the spin as needed really. I tend to lean more towards push tho, it helps keep me closer to the basket if I miss. Best of luck with practice 🤘 try my putting game and let me know if it helps with the mental side of putting

🤣 Just takes some practice. Depending on how high I can throw it sometimes it's an approach for me as well. The farther away you get the more grip you can have and spin on the Disc you need. 🤘

My style of putt, timing is very important. You want to time out the push with your fingers with the very end of your weight transfer. Use your body weight to push your arm. So in order it would be : weight on back foot, front foot, arm gets pushed up by your body weight, when your at the apex of that momentum your fingers and wrist fire forward in a flicking motion to propell the putter forward with just enough spin.

Start your arm more to the left and try to follow through straight up and down. If you spin putt focus on a straight in then out with your arm
