In the video I'm using an adhesive backed Zirconia Alumina disc. this is pretty good for general sanding of steel and stainless. if you're planning to use the tool for aluminum or other non-ferrous metals, you may want a disc with an anti-loading agent (sometimes called 'clog resistant'). I recommend staying away from aluminum Oxide as it just wears down too fast.
