Sorry for the delay in replying. You can make your own disc out of cardboard. I found that the square shape is good but the holes need to be arranged in a circle in the square. I found a charity nearby who made some wooden discs for me but they do not make them to order - sorry. Enjoy experimenting with this technique. Susan
