Jessica Weese has an awesome forehand... congrats to all the players. Love to see them come play the course better than I can

She’s such a well rounded player, and she can BOMB. I’m constantly surprised that she isn’t on more final lead cards.

I've just singed up at patreon and started a monthly donation to GKPRO. Gotta keep this content going. Also, I spent 17 years in the video production industry and I have to say that the quality of the video that GKPRO produces is great.

Thanks for the great coverage. Ella and Raven did very well on commentary. Ella, back luck in the final round, but you played a great tournament and the DGPT win can't be too far away now. Keep it up! Really great to see Sarah and Catrina play such awesome rounds too.

WOW!!! Way to go Sarah and Catrina! The old guard showing that they still have it! ❤ That was some awesome play. Ella played well the entire tournament but just came up a little short this time. AH Jess, so much talent but her putting is still holding her back. And I saw Madison Walker on the top 10 for a good while, great to see that name up there. I know that they are young, but they are the old guard when it comes to FPO in my humble opinion. Still doing it. 😁

SARAH! ROCK ON!! It was fantastic seeing you come on from behind and take the gold. The most exciting thing around I’ve seen in a long time. Congratulations!

To go from OG Dela where every shot is creative and beautiful to the golf course is very anticlimactic and downright boring...

Okay serious question here. If a female player is "transitioning" and taking testosterone or whatever else they would take to do that do they have to go to the MPO after or what. Because i wouldnt think it would be fair to the FPO field at that point right?
@ks-pg5sh2 жыл бұрын
You're better off sending that question to the PDGA than asking in the comments of a video on KZbin. Especially since it has nothing to do with the content of the video.
@joshbogard67402 жыл бұрын
@@ks-pg5sh what do you mean it has nothing to do with this content? This is the official PDGA channel right? So it would be seen by said people right?

Both of Hokom’s feet are off the ground when she releases on her jump putt. Is that legal?
@mikeczosnek44252 жыл бұрын
no
@justbrowsing52792 жыл бұрын
If / when that's the case, it is not legal and Sarah is far from alone. However jump / step putt foot fault violations are simply not called in MPO or FPO. Ever. It's too difficult to tell while you are there live watching and since it is only the group that rules on those violations, to call something so difficult to be certain about can become contentious. So it doesn't happen despite many male and female players putts being technically illegal. It's like traveling in basketball. It's a rule, but it isn't called. For good reason though.
@justbrowsing52792 жыл бұрын
@@Justnothankyou132 You have to have one supporting point on the ground when you release. The jump is just supposed to be follow through. It's never called though.

I really want these new commentators to get better, as I know they can bring strong FPO insights to these videos. It is challenging when the majority of the discussion is full of "nervous giggles" after virtually every comment. I think it detracts from the experience and also doesn't elevate it to the professional level I'm sure they are seeking. I'm not saying that fun banter between commentators isn't effective or necessary...it certainly is on so many other videos. I've noticed it's seems to be more evident in FPO coverage and I curious as to why? I watch a lot of FPO coverage and this is said from a place of wanting the coverage to improve so more people watch it.
@Javaman922 жыл бұрын
Different people like different things. The giggles is one of the things I love about FPO coverage. And as for "professional" the free spirit and down to earth nature of disc golf is better than professional sports. IMHO Can you imagine walking around with the "professionals" and talking to them as they compete? Yet I have done that many times.

Lose the bolf courses. They are so painfully boring. You have Dela right down the street and you think, "You know how we should finish this tournament? We should throw in wide open fields!"

+17 and you can be in 10th FPO.... sheesh
@benjaminspark26032 жыл бұрын
Even at DeLa for the first 2 rounds was about 1000 rated, so its not surprising that there's some ballooning scores. 17 strokes between first and 10th is a lot, but there are no where as many FPO competitors as there are MPO competitors. There's usually between 40 and 50 FPO players, so these sorts of gaps are pretty common, especially as the leaders tend to be quite a bit away from the next group. 4th was 6 strokes back, which is more common.
