People forget Ezra has only been a PDGA member since 2019. He'll continue to learn and get better over time. The Gannon Buhrs of the world are the exception, not the rule. Most guys have to keep knocking on the door until they learn how to win.

Watching disc golf was better when it was CCDG, Spin TV, and especially after Jomez came along. Free, decent quality, more tournaments/courses, and multiple cards at the big tournaments. I’m about over this whole “grow the sport” post-Covid era.

Jomez literally went bankrupt and had to be bailed out by the pro tour. Sucks for all you entitled freeloaders, but most normal people don't mind paying for entertainment.

Jomez was doing great before the Covid boom. Then DGN came along, pushed everyone else out, basically forced Jomez into a situation they couldn’t afford, got rid of some of the best and most historic events so they could fit more people into ball golf courses and start charging admission, and ruined spectatorship. I wouldn’t mind paying for coverage if it was a better or at least equal quality product without schemes to make you pay for additional tiers of membership.

It is bad coverage though. The lighting is off, the angles aren't great. You can hardly see most discs mid flight. Meanwhile all behind a paywall. Yeah its just kind of sad when you've been used to great post round productions.

11:12 This is exactly why people have a problem with step putts. He's 3 feet outside the circle and takes a 5 feet step where the disc leaves his hand about a millisecond before his foot touches. You shouldn't be rewarded for putting from outside the circle.
