Rat IMO never suited Discharge. This new singer has the same spirit and energy as Cal and suits the style of Discharge.

+Raptor Jesus Cal left years ago then came back for an album back in 2002 then left again soon after. This is Jeff "JJ" Janiak on vocals he joined 2014 after they sacked Rat.

The moshpit at Belfast was completely mental. Never went so insane in my life, I'm heavily bruised but so worth it, it was such an experience. I don't get why they're all just standing there for the most part

Cal kept coming back and changing his vocals, that whole metal thing was awful then he went all AC/DC. This guy JJ has brought back the old Discharge spirit, wasn't a fan of Rat. I wonder what Cal is doing now?

Sounds pretty good! I too didn't care for Rat on vocals. No disrespect to him, he's been 100% Punk from the early days as far as I know, it just didn't sound right. I see there's 2 guitars, can't tell if the 2nd guitar is helping or not. Oh, and the bass player always looks like a homeless guy, lmao. He rules tho.

The lad who is on vocals is a yank, he also is singer in broken bones and pulls off nobbys sound to a T. i met him years ago, really nice guy. he is from new jersey. please ease off on some of the vicious comments about Rat people,he's a good mate. fair enough if you didnt like him in discharge(including me) but if you dont know him personally then shut yer fucking cakeholes and praise the varukers.
