Very useful info for common man. Sir, 7 days ago under 447 (trespass) case a challan filled in ACGM court for 1 x person (false case result of police harassment, also booked x in 151) the subject piece is agriculture undivided land has a stay order in effect from revenue board for pending partition suit, case is from one of the khatedar against another khatedar's son's employee. is 227 a good choice by submitting a true copy of court which has a effective stay ? besides other evidences ? and which court (same ,high court) 227 will be filled ? Thx and will highly appreciate a detailed reply Sir.
