Honestly, Tainted Envy on the Decimate EP is so goofy that I enjoy it KotRT 6 was almost exactly 50/50 for me. Almost everything after Swag Dads was terribly mid to bad

Disciple really locked tf in by late 2024 because since the Chime AB the quality went up hills at least for me Marcix, Beastboi, Nosphere, Moley, NVADRZ, Beutnoise, Ace Aura, Convexity, MOB, NIRE and Sora stood out for me

9:46 I agree the collabs were underwhelming, but good lord the Decimate and Evilnet collab was disappointing beyond human comprehension. You have 3 artists on there but the worst mixdown on the EP and an idea heard billions of times.

I think 2024’s overall Disciple releases were okay-ish for the most part, there were some really high “highs” and very, very low “lows”. Some really notable releases from my experience listening to them was that Moley EP, Yoked EP and the Marcix EP. Those three really stood out for me as some of the better EP’s from the Disciple year, not to mention the amount of times I’ve repeatedly listen to those three EP’s (unrelated: outside of that Oddprophet EP that came out that year which btw is amazing).

People are gonna flame me but I really really enjoyed the Blankface EP. I know its the most basic form of riddim and the idea has been done a million times, but idk I really like it.
