@ProdigicaLegacy You see how they CapLock on "You" in the lyrics? That means that the singer is speaking directly to Christ. You see how they also Caplock on "Something" or"Someone"? That also is a reference to God. He's saying that he has scars, but so does Christ. He's sinking in his pain,but he's asking his God to come save him. :)

@ProdigicaLegacy Yes. honey, its possible that "you" and "someone" or "something" can mean just about anyone in the world, but we have to take the CapLocks along with the lyrical hints in context. And the context is that this is a Christian band, and I've never seen them write a song that wasn't speaking about God or salvation, at least on some level so far. Many Christian bands speak to God as "You". If you look up lyrics to secular music, you won't find CapLocks.

And if you don't think they are, then what difference does it make? But look at the evidence in context. Read the lyrics to other songs on the album, check out the band website and look up why Christians CapLock "You" or "Him". Either way, just enjoy the song.
