This is great stuff Pastor Jim!!! The school where I am a PE teacher has adopted a huge push for the teachers to build "relational capacity" with students, parents, and other staff. My Discipleship degree is coming in really handy!

Thank you for this video! I would like to know more about why you add a church service after you´ve planted disciple-building relationships? Is it like when the early disciples met at the temple court? What about leaders in the church? Do you think these should have an office or just be models of Christ, whom disciples naturally look to for growth? All the best! God bless you!:)
