I think for me the only thing that keeps me accountable are my own obsessions with schedule-keeping, sadly though I'm having a tough time resparking my musical creativity. When I have tons of creativity, I constantly want to make new stuff, when I'm having a dry spell, it's very hard to push myself to try to create.

I found that discipline got me to be creative when I really didn't want to do it. I literally force myself to sketch everyday and have my sister hold me accountable so I actually do it. I have days when there is no creativity in me at all but because I show up and do it that creativity comes. 🧡
