Wow, growing up a fan of UKHC, crustpunk & early grindcore I started hearing Japanese bands in the late 80s after years kept away from this music with addiction problems I'm struck by just how many bands from Japan I'm listening 🎶 to they do this shit so brilliantly

Listen to something else then. Some of us are right in to these bands. You're entitled to your opinion but DISCLOSE & other Japcore bands like S.O.B., G.I.S.M., OUTO, UNHOLY GRAVE, GAUZE, SIC, ROSE ROSE & DEATHSIDE are all brilliant. Check those lot out & if you don't like any of them go & Listen to GREEN fucking DAY or something like that. You should be dropping comments on bands you like instead of slagging off those you don't.
