Oh my gosh this was so useful. Also like legitimately I love seeing new peoples takes on jungle, it’s incredibly refreshing! (Don’t get me wrong I love so much drum and bass and jungle but it’s so cool to see people not as familiar with the genre giving it a go) I always think this track is such a good gold standard, not for any technical reason but how much love you can hear went into all of the break choppage, sound and layers. And you can just see the joy when describing it. Thank you for the breakdown!!! Really inspiring and really useful and honestly would love to see more choppage action!!!!!

Thank you so much, a great inspiration listening you two refering! I was absolutely blown away as I heard this track on the album! Jungle and Drum and Bass is such an underrated genre in general (at least outside of UK). Hope to hear more of this! Also love the connection of your brotherhood! Cheers :)

I've been with you since your first Twitch stream and have learned so much from you guys. Thank you! I don't recall seeing the White Noise production breakdown on either Twitch or KZbin. Has this been shared yet or are there any plans to share it? I remember a few years ago you mentioned on Twitch you planned to.

I don't get why the sound design has gone away from Settle , composition songwriting etc is one thing but the sound of settle is better than post settle output

@@MichaelMacLeod1with sound I feel there's less wiggle room , if you've found the best sound design u should keep it
@Thurnishaley69698 ай бұрын
their sound design now is a million times more intricate what are you even saying? lmao. hate it when non musicians act like they understand music production
The music in general has also moved away from that. Maybe in the future everything shifts back to that sound again. I’m honestly really excited about everything they put out. Artists should evolve and change if they want

Sounds like 1997 dance music. All that money and all those instruments-this is what they come up with. Boring.
