Why would they delete the chords? They're so good.
@holidaycomplex4 жыл бұрын
its the rick rubin method of cutting things that don't serve the song. the chords didn't fit the song so they didn't include it.

I wanna know the actual sample/acapella they have, it sounds so nice. I've looked through the four freshman renditions but can't really find an exact one. My guess from listening to this is that they layered different versions or they actually got another group of people to sing this to their liking, otherwise I couldn't find it. It sounds layered tbh, I can hear Frank Sinatra's voice in the mix

They talk over the vocal with their own whispers to add clarity

I think they must have sampled it directly from the vinyl themselves which would be a lot higher quality than anything you'll find on KZbin for example

what the difference betwenn fabfiltr pro q 3 and the multiband 11:46? these days?
@sangamithramk85314 жыл бұрын
Dynamic EQs are more precise than a multiband EQ because you can control the resonance and be more specific with which area of the frequency spectrum to compress or expand. I have seen a lot of producers use dynamic eq to remove the harshness in a sound than change the tonality and consistency of the instrument which is done with the use of multiband compressors
@sangamithramk85314 жыл бұрын
This difference is genuinely felt by me because I didn't had an unlimited band multiband compressor like Fabfilter MB and has to use the common 3 band multiband compressors. So I was mindblown when I saw what Fabfilter Pro Q3 could do (I never knew it existed in Izotope's Ozone)

Is Guy aware that Disclosure is a duo? Hmm..
@kevynoliveira4 жыл бұрын
LOL, idk too much about them but I'd guess Guy is the more talkative/better at explaining stuff and Howard does more stuff off-camera
@jonesseysackslinger61524 жыл бұрын
Guy is clearly the one who does the engineering/production work so obviously he’s going to be doing the talk throughs. Idk too much about the duo but it seems like Howard is very instrumental and does a lot of the chord & melodic work
