@TheRoguesy211 жыл бұрын
***** No not one ounce of sarcasm. Detroit is one of the most amazing cities. 1. At one time Detroit and the surrounding areas was one of the if not the single most wealthy city in the country per capita. It was a city developed during the Great Gatsby period with thousands of ridiculous mansions that are all over the place that one can buy for 50k to 100k. Im talking about a 5 thousand square foot 1920s mansion that in beverly hills would be 20 Million. 2. The entire city is made up of turn of the century ruins that could be renovated if more people moved there and brought the economy up. Imagine a city that has totally empty empire state building type buildings or Waldorf Astoria or Plaza Hotel buildings just totally empty. 3. There are thousands of factories and empty warehouses that could be turned into so much new useful things. At one point before the new govoner took office, Detroit was amassing a huge Motion Picture business with Hollywood studios shooting everything in Detroit because of its vast empty space, cityscape and low prices and tax rebates. Imagine all of those warehouses being turned into new fresh Motion Picture production sound stages or post production studios. 3. Detroit's streets were built for the auto industry. They are HUGE 8 lane streets like Michigan Ave, Gratiot Ave, Woodward, Jefferson BLVD and because the city is so economically depressed and a virtual ghost town, there are like NO COPS ANYWHERE. Going buck wild in Detroit and driving all over the place REALLY RALLY FAST not having to worry about getting pulled over is absolutely amazing. Not only that, the city is HUGE, is is the size of Manhattan, Boston and I think San Fransisco rolled up into one, and there is LOTS of areas to drive. 4. Detroit has one of the largest and last still standing Drive In Theatres in the country called the Ford Wyoming with 5 screens and is open YEAR ROUND, through rain sleet or snow! 5. Detroit has a huge new young entrepreneur creative community that has migrated there because of vast warehouse space and absurdly cheap property. For 100k you can buy a GIANT LOFT 2 thousand square foot loft that would cost 10 million dollars in Manhattan. 6. Bell Isle is like central park but only way more massive. Detroit is like amazing DIAMOND that very few people know about. They only see all the bullshit propaganda on TV that loves to show Ruin Porn. With enough effort, creativity and will, Detroit could be one of the best and most lucrative cities in the country.
@dukezap111 жыл бұрын
benwoo Well i'm Canadian, and iv'e drove through it. Compared to our cities, its a shit hole. Thats putting it nicely. Now if your government cared about it, it might be fixable. Although the people there can't even afford to buy a fixed building. It's broken. Then again I live in the #1 city in Canada, so talking about the the worst city in america, I'm kind of bias. Then again if you live there, its also bias. Bias everywhere!

This is where the Law of Conservation of Energy breaks. The man just gets his energy out of nowhere!

but it only applies to a closed system
@user-up5kh2mz4n8 жыл бұрын
well....in that case call the video playback box the system ;) Its for isolated systems by the way
@alexellis64118 жыл бұрын
Isolated... Closed... Means the same thing. No external influence.
@user-up5kh2mz4n8 жыл бұрын
you get my point right the video box being the closed system , and him deriving the energy from nowhere plus read this bro Closed systems cannot exchange matter with the surroundings, but can exchange energy. Isolated systems can exchange neither matter nor energy with their surroundings, and as such are only theoretical and do not exist in reality (except, possibly, the entire universe).

thats great. You can read any book on thermodynamics. Try Thermodynamics by PK Nag. Indian Author: but it will be straight forward (not immersive like foreign books)

+pugs not drugs Where are you from? out of interest? Perhaps you should listen to more UK house music, or listen to the ministry of Sound house or house & garage compilations. you'll love it
@pugsnotdrugs75689 жыл бұрын
Nile River i'm from the uk and yes i do listen to garage, house, drum n bass and jungle. and i do listen to ministry of sound compilations. personally i think that they could be though because i've heard loads of tracks on soundcloud that should go mainstream and blow up like the ones on the compilations

You know they always make it look so ugly but I truly do love my city. I love how the dancer, who I've met a couple of times, can bring such beauty to it. He's one of the best house dancers I've ever seen. The music was awesome too. #Detroit
