How much weight does the glue add to the disc? Will it still be a PDGA approved disc? Can this still be used in tournaments?

the plastic absorbs the dye and the glue is washed away completely. the added weight of the dye itself is minuscule and negligible. the discs are still legal for use in PDGA events. this is the reason people dye their discs instead of painting them for example. which would not be legal according to PDGA rules.
