I can answer this question for the guy: Disco had been teasing for weeks leading into Starrcade that he was in the nWo, on the night of the show there were a bunch of angles that hinted at something strange happening between the black and white & Wolfpac, Disco running in was to show that he was a new member of the upcoming nWo reunion angle, as weird as that sounds.

No he was there as an Idea man in the booking committee by that time, he didn't have any final say acc to people like Lee Marshall and David Penzer, Nash was booker by early Feb 99. If he was the one having the book in his hand why would he give the title back to Hulk the next week considering wolfpac itself was formed BECAUSE of Nash and Hogan having heat with each other? Eric Bischoff himself told the ending of the streak was completely his responsibility

@@mansion1719 Nash has consistently said the fact that his first pay stub as Booker was received from February of 99 and when he got the book he LOST to Goldberg at Spring Stampede He misremembered what happened in regards to the nWo Elite reunion happening because he thinks the Goldberg glass window breaking incident happened at May 1999 while what actually happened was Goldberg had a knee injury and he said he would sit out unless he got a part timer deal with a bigger salary kzbin.info/www/bejne/p3bToaKamc5-fdU Here is Eric Bischoff claiming responsibility for the decision because As much as Nash was on board with the finish, it wouldn't have happened without Eric having the final say

K100 could almost be rebooted as a WCW look-back show, i LOVE these stories.
@nostalgiaman68163 жыл бұрын
Sting should have beat Goldberg. The face of WCW and the fan favorite for all those years. He could never be heel. Go watch September 14, 1998 Nitro where Sting wrestles Goldberg in the main event in South Carolina. The crowd popped so hard! And of course.. the finish was stupid. Some would argue DDP.. and I can see that as well.
@KeepinIt100OFFICIAL3 жыл бұрын
you say that but at the time, Nash's babyface run was a huge deal. He was the right guy to do it, it's just that the follow up was so bad.

@@KeepinIt100OFFICIAL Not to mention it was actually believeable. People forget that at the time Goldberg had beaten almost everyone else.
@gregoryfuller97363 жыл бұрын
I honestly feel like ddp should have beating Goldberg at havoc as his finisher was out of no way so basically Goldberg could hit with it anyway but I do think rko should be the most protective finish because I do think the cutter is best finish because it look so good and it can be hit from anywhere and it looks like it would hurt a really bad but stings did almost tap goldust out when Goldberg was the world champion but I believe hogan or Bret hit stings with a bat without Goldberg seeing it but Goldberg was locked in stings submission

Goldberg vs Bam Bam was such a wasted feud. They worked some really great matches but it went nowhere, as usual with WCW. It should have lead to them teaming up to battle the nWo.
