Discord - How to Change Server Name (EASY METHOD)

It seems that you can't create a channel named "rules" unless your server is set up as a community server. However, to use the community server features, Discord requires image filtering and email verification for all members, which isn't practical for a close-knit group of friends. They are forcing unnecessary features on others and I'm super disappointed.
