This has been my most favorite meditation. I listen to your meditations frequently, mostly in the morning but this was the most clarifying meditation I've ever done. I wish you could make a video that lasts an hour. You can end the meditation after 10 mins, but just leave the music on. Just when I’m about to fall asleep, an ad at the end comes on and I have to turn it off. You’re great, thank you ❤

Been really sick with a sinus infection after a very difficult move (following being displaced due to a sewage flood in our last apartment). It’s been 18 days I haven’t been physically well. To be able to sit in a bath, for the first time, in our new home and finally meditate again it was beautiful and perfect to start with this one
