When I go to 99acres, and look at the price trend for different areas of Ahmedabad for the last 5 years, Returns are between 5% to 8% per annum.

The latest knight frank report says that average rise of home in Ahmedabad for the last 6 months is 0% and for the last 1 year, average return is 1%. I am confused despite all advantages stated in this video why did that happen!!

Usually the reports reflect the average. Whereas our research speaks of actual sales figures. Going forward you will see much clearer picture as now in many states authentic data can be accessed thru the IGR. We are moving towards a better transparency soon.
