Crown is a great company. Sadly, depending which country you work for them, the management can be the extreme opposite. I gave almost a decade of my life proudly making cans in France, but the HR is as sh*tty as the social climate you can see on tv with the actual protests for pension. They got rid off almost 1/3 of skilled employees, including me. BS at its finest. Never again. Sacrificing week-ends, health with noise and chemical products, night shifts etc to be thanked by the worst mean. Now I switch to automotive industry in hope to be my own business manager with the help of my siblings
