Os in Korg have many bugs at this time... :)

its actually not a problem, it's a function called wet/dry which could be set on/off while creating keyboardsets. When its on the sound we are hearing is combination of dry (without effects) sound + layer of processed sound with dsp (chorus echo etc.). When off, instrument sends back only layer of processed sound (like in video, there is no sound because dry mode is off and no effects are applied). Hope that now everyone know what is going on :)

actually, not a bug, on the beginnig KeyboardSet there was set WET (its tweakable by 2 clicks) mode for upper 1, so the all sound you actually hear is this only processed by fx, so if theres no insert fx or master sent to upper track, there is no sound at all. Simply as that, but not so many users know that :) Let's say that it is sound design option, but you need to know what you are doing, or better, where are you now ;)
